I've had lots of opportunities to work with the Canon 5D Mark II for cinema application.
It's pretty fantastic if you've got someone on set dedicated to capturing good sound. Since there's no way to monitor the sound that's going into the camera, we've been hoping for the best and recording on a separate digital recorder as a back-up.
We had Bryan from Silver Sound on set to make sure that everything was sounding good while I directed the camera crew and Kevin Gottleib directed the actors.
This production and an updated demo reel will be on display here once the client has received their final product.
